Terms of business

The Terms and Conditions of Business and Use of the website www.mywiip.com and the conclusion of distance contracts by means of remote communication are primarily subject to the Terms and Conditions of Business and Use stated here, unless the contracting parties (Seller and Buyer) agree otherwise. Terms of business and use are subject to the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14) and the Obligations Act (OG 35/05 and OG 41/08). Pay special attention to the difference between the conditions relating to the purchase (contract) at the point of sale in the store and the purchase (contract) concluded at a distance (Internet store). When ordering via remote communication, the customer will be immediately informed of all prescribed information referred to in Article 47. In accordance with Article 66, item 2 of the Consumer Protection Act.

The prices of products and services displayed on Internet sites, advertisements and catalogs are expressed in euros and include VAT. Prices, payment terms and special offers are valid only at the time of ordering and / or payment and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping costs

Delivery costs are free of charge for orders more than 32,5 €, while for other orders delivery price will be displayed in cart. Shipping costs depends on country that you’ve ordered your product. Every country have its own price of shipping in EU area.

Wiip technology d.o.o. (VAT: HR65521643789) reserves the right to make mistakes in the description and photograph, as well as in the advertising of the product. All customer rights to complaints and refunds are described in these terms.

Payment methods

Wiip webshop accepts payment via Paypal and bank transfer by credit card.

Wiip uses WSPay for online payments.

WSPay is a secure system for online payment via credit and debit cards in real time, and other payment methods. WSPay ensures secure entry and transfer of card data to the customer and merchant, which is confirmed by PCI DSS certification. Product complaint

They are recognized only with the presented invoice and guarantee certificate as the only proof of purchase. Card slips and similar certificates cannot replace the account. There are no complaints without an invoice. In case of product complaints due to defects or hidden flaws, please send an inquiry to [email protected], and our customer support team will help you.

Warranty statement and service conditions

All products for which we guarantee the warranty conditions stated in the warranty card. The buyer is obliged to keep the invoice and warranty card for the entire period of the warranty period. We guarantee that the product used in accordance with the enclosed instructions and warranty card will function properly during the warranty period. In the event of a malfunction and other possible defects, we undertake to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act.

Notice of how to file a complaint

Pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 5 of the Act, all complaints may be sent by post, fax or e-mail as well as to all points of sale in your vicinity. If the complaint is left at the point of sale, the trader is obliged to declare his receipt immediately.

or filed at the business premises at Zagreb, Ulica kneza Branimira 24. In order to confirm to you the receipt of a written complaint in accordance with Article 10, paragraph 5 of the Law, and then to respond to it, please provide the correct information for the receipt thereof.

We must legally provide a response to your complaint in writing no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. Otherwise, you can contact the State Inspectorate or the Consumer Protection Association. If you accept the terms of use, you also accept the General Terms and Conditions.

Wiip technology d.o.o. (VAT: HR65521643789) reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. The business conditions are in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. In the event of a dispute, the trader and the consumer will resolve the dispute amicably, and if this is not possible, the court in Zagreb has regular jurisdiction.
