How long does the battery on a Wiip device last?
Battery life depends on the intensity of the wiiping. For the average user, the battery lasts one full day, but please note that this depends on the frequency of use of the device.
Which materials is Wiip made of?
Wiip is made of high quality material and is available in many thoughtfuly chosen colors.
What colors are Wiip devices available in?
Currently, we offer three device models: Wiip Magnetic, Wiip X Pro, and the newest Wiip Magnetic II.
The Wiip Magnetic is available in the recognizable Wiip black.
The Wiip X Pro comes in 5 colors: Black, Sapphire Blue, Deep Red, as well as Pink and Unicorn with a magical ombre effect.
For the Wiip Magnetic II, you can choose from three colors: Cosmic Black, elegant Ruby Red, and mysterious Dark Blue.
Is the Wiip device compatible with other pods?
No. Please do not try to connect other brands of pods to your Wiip device. The Wiip device is only compatible with Wiipod flavors. Read more information about Wiipods at the link or visit the online store.
Is it possible to buy Wiip devices separately from the Starter Kit?
This option is not available yet, but we are working on making it avaliable soon.
The Wiip Magnetic and Wiip X Pro are only available as starter kits, while the Wiip Magnetic II is avaliable as a device on its own.

What Wiipod aromas are currently available?
The original Wiipod line includes 8 flavors: the exotic Mojito Peach Passion Fruit, Pink Lemonade Ice, Strawberry Watermelon Bubblegum, Strawberry, Tropical Fruit, Mint, Sensation Grape and the signature tobacco flavor – Tobacco USA.
The Wiipod Magnetic line offers 12 irresistible flavors: refreshing Blue Razzberry Lemonade, Blueberry Blackcurrant Ice, White Cherry Ice, and Cola; fruity Apple, Peach, Strawberry Ice, Pineapple Cocktail, Watermelon, Vanilla and more complex tobacco profiles – Royal Tobacco and Gold Tobacco.
Can Wiipods be refilled with liquid?
No, once the Wiipod is used up it can’t be refilled. If you need a new Wiipod, check out our online store!
What are the prices of Wiipod and Wiipod Magnetic?
The price for a Wiipod is €3.50 and for the Wiipod Magnetic €4.20.

How long Wiipod lasts depends largely on the intensity of usage. One Wiipod flavor can be compared to two to three packs of cigarettes.
What is the difference between nicotine base and nicotine salts?
Nicotine salts differ from nicotine bases in that that the base often causes coughs, dry and sore throats, and nicotine salts enhance the Wiping experience. Nicotine salts give the user a stronger Wiipod flavor, an experience without coughing and sore throat, with many other benefits.
