Sales policy

The terms and conditions of business and use, unless otherwise agreed by the parties (Seller and Buyer), are subject of the terms and conditions of business and use of the www.mywiip.com website, and the conclusion of distance contracts by means of remote communication. Business and use conditions are subject of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14) and the Obligations Act (OG 35/05 and OG 41/08). Pay particular attention to the difference between the terms that apply between buying (a contract) at a point of sale in a store and buying (a contract) made at a distance (Internet commerce). When ordering a product by means of remote communication, the Buyer will be immediately informed of all the prescribed information referred to in Article 57 in accordance with Article 66, point 2 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Products and services prices displayed on websites, advertisements and catalogs are expressed in Euros or in domicil currency, and include VAT. Shipping is free of charge for amount over 32,5 euros. Prices, payment terms and special offers are valid only at the time of ordering and / or payment, and are subject for change without notice.

Shipping costs

Delivery costs are free of charfe for orders less than 32,5 €, while for other orders delivery price will be displayed in cart. Shipping costs depends on country that you’ve ordered your product. Every country have its own price of shipping in EU area.

HGSPOT informatika d.o.o. reserves the right to make mistakes in the description and photograph, as well as in the advertising of the product. All customer rights to complaints and refunds are described in these terms.

Product claims

They will only be credited with the invoice provided and the warranty card as the sole proof of purchase. Card slips and similar receipts cannot replace an account. There are no complaints without an account. In case of complaints about the product due to defects or hidden defects, please send the inquiry on the [email protected] mail and our customer service team will help you.

Warranty statement and service terms

All warranty products are covered by the warranty terms and conditions listed in the warranty. The buyer is obliged to keep the invoice and the warranty card for the entire warranty period.

We guarantee that the product used in accordance with the enclosed instructions and warranty card will function properly within the warranty period. In the event of a breakdown and other possible defects, we undertake to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time in accordance with the Law on Obligations.

Notice of way of written consumer complaint

All complaints under Section 10 of the Consumer Protection Act (N.N. 41/2014) can be sent by post, fax or e-mail as well as at the premises / stores where you are located. If the complaint is filed in the premises / shops, the merchant is obliged to confirm his receipt in writing immediately.

or filed at the business premises at Zagreb, Ulica kneza Branimira 24. In order to confirm to you the receipt of a written complaint in accordance with Article 10, paragraph 5 of the Law, and then to respond to it, please provide the correct information for the receipt thereof.

We must legally respond to your complaint in writing within 15 days of the receipt of the complaint. Otherwise, you can contact the State Inspectorate or the Consumer Protection Association. If you agree to the Terms of Use, you also agree to the Terms and Conditions.

HGSPOT informatika d.o.o. reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. Business conditions are in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. In the event of a dispute, the merchant and the consumer will settle the dispute amicably, and if not possible, the competent court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
